Essential services: inauguration of a borehole in Ebolowa

The mayor of Ebolowa I this Saturday February 9, 2019 handed over a borehole water point to the population of new bell.

Mayor Joel Emmanuel Bitoumou has once again demonstrated his determination to solve considerably the basic difficulties faced by his people. He has just constructed a water point in New Bell, to ease the shortage of water, an initiative that is in line with the responsibility of the municipal council. According to mayor of Ebolowa I, “but without water you see how life is painful, and this place is a strategic area in Ebolowa that drains countless people so the water problem was acute here and it was our responsibility to solve it”, says the mayor.

The inaugurating ceremony was transformed into a party, as the population thanks the mayor and promise their support to him in the coming election. The portability of this water has been certified by Yaoundé Centre Pasteur and the expects of the inhabitants in New Bell, Phil Massinga said “you know water is life and hence at New Bell bus station there was not any at all, so it’s a great relief, a great gesture that the mayor brings out to this population”. This comes to add to the many achievements of Joel Emmanuel Bitoumou.
